Conveniently, this isolator is mounted on castors, allowing it to be moved around easily, while other features include an acrylic canopy for optimal 360° visibility, all around access and HEPA filtration. The isolator can house a range of Hosokawa Micron nanotechnology equipment for the purposes of composing, sphericalization, dispersion, coating, agglomerating, freeze drying and mixing, containing the nanoparticles and evacuating them safely via its continuous liner bag out port. ULPA filtration ensures that the ultra-fine powder is processed safely and efficiently, keeping the material away from the operator.
