Dan and Nick’s meticulous attention to detail and strategic implementation of assembly hold and control points have significantly improved the manufacturing process at Hosokawa Micron Ltd. In our assembly workshop, we have strategically divided the manufacturing space into distinct bays. These designated spaces serve as assembly areas for our Micron range of equipment, as well as any containment solutions featured within our diverse product portfolio. This arrangement presents a valuable learning opportunity for our apprentices, as it allows them to gain hands-on experience with various technologies, including Size Reduction and Containment solutions, within a short amount of time.
As dedicated apprentices in the final year of their Level 4 apprenticeships, Dan and Nick have proven themselves to be invaluable assets, not only to Hosokawa Micron Ltd. but also to our valued customers. Their expertise and unwavering dedication have played a pivotal role in elevating the quality of our products and services.
